Meet Lindsey

Hi I’m Lindsey Tipton! Lover of ALL homes! Granddaughter, God daughter, and well ..regular daughter to many realtors®! Growing up you could always find me surrounded by realtors® so it seems only natural that I would follow in their great footsteps! As I always say “It’s in my blood!”⁣ ⁣ As I write this I’m drinking my COLD coffee, thanks to my two crazy toddlers and looking out my window at the beautiful rising California Sun! My passion for that California sun is the reason I love helping people call this great state their home! I left for college when I was 18 years old and came right back to sunny California for the very reason that the sun shines almost 365 days a year!⁣ ⁣

 

When I’m not showing homes, staging homes, remodeling homes you can find me with my guitar singing for my family, friends, and neighbors. I happily purchased the ugliest home on the most beautiful block so I could get into what I feel is the best neighborhood in my city. I believe location is EVERYTHING! You can remodel a home, but you can’t change the location!⁣ ⁣ I purchased my first home when I was 24 years old and have been in love with buying homes and fixing them up ever since. I love helping my clients realize their home dreams! I’m here to show you the possibilities. There is far more then meets the eye and a little imagination can take you a long way and just may save you a lot of money! ⁣ ⁣
