Meet Paul

After spending over 14 years as a facilities manager and mechanic for industry leaders like United Airlines and Stanford University—and working all over the globe—Paul Cardoso decided to shift gears entirely and pursue a career in real estate.

In 2018, Paul officially became an agent after dedicating countless weekends in 2017 to hosting open houses, a part of the job he still enjoys. His love for connecting with people and helping them navigate the home-buying or selling process inspired him to become an agent. These same passions continue to drive his commitment to delivering exceptional service to his clients every step of the way.

Paul grew up in Fremont and now calls Newark home, though his time living across the Peninsula—from Millbrae to Mountain View—has given him an intimate understanding of the Bay Area. His clients benefit from his deep knowledge of local neighborhoods, his ability to evaluate on- and off-market homes, and his knack for spotting strong investment opportunities. Known for his organized, detail-oriented approach, Paul works tirelessly to ensure a smooth, stress-free transaction without the pushy sales tactics.

With a strong background in engineering, Paul brings expert problem-solving skills and a critical eye to every transaction. Outside of real estate, Paul is dedicated to giving back to the community. As a proud member of the Niles Fremont Rotary Club, he actively supports local nonprofits in Fremont and nearby cities. When he’s not working, Paul enjoys exploring new cuisines on food tours, discovering exceptional wines at tastings, and spending quality time with his family and friends.
